I prefer to take you personally to every apartment you wish to tour.  I specialize with immediate move-ins, cheap-rent, downtown living, corporate leasing, short-term stays, and knowing my job very very well.  

However, if you go on your own please put my information on the application as "THE APARTMENT PEOPLE & Ron Johnson" as the agent.  I do provide you a Free service and by you placing my information on the application I get credit for my service.  Also, If you contact me via email or phone call to let me know you moved in I can offer free GAS FILL UP TWICE.
